Introducing Microseismic Evaluation
Microseismic Evaluation plug-in for Petrel is part of an integrated environment through which geoscientists, stimulation, and production engineers can interact to provide hydraulic fracture geometry interpretations, combining microseismic event locations with pumping information and other reservoir characteristics.
Incorporate microseismic monitoring data
This plug-in allows new data types associated with microseismic monitoring data to be incorporated into Petrel models; microseismic event locations, hydraulic fracturing pumping data, geophone locations, representative fracture planes, and estimated stimulated volume (ESV). The attribute of microseismic event can populate an earth model.
Several types of specialized interpretation plots exist. Magnitude versus distance plot, 3D visual display, Rose diagram, R-T Plot, b-value analysis, and cumulative moment log in depth or time.
