Spectral Analysis
Analyze data in the frequency and space domain. Flexibility to constrain the analysis within a 2D area drawn on a section or a 3D volume defined using surfaces.
Frequency Filtering
Design different filters to further understand and enhance the data - interactively design a single bandpass filter and utilize the multi-bandpass filter capability to display filter panels. Time variant filter and Inverse Q-filter are also available.
Bandwidth Enhancement
Design different filters to further understand and enhance the data - interactively design a single bandpass filter and utilize the multi-bandpass filter capability to display filter panels. Time variant filter and Inverse Q-filter are also available.
Amplitude Gain
Analyze the amplitude of the seismic data to design different amplitude gains to enhance the image. Utilize a 3D Volume of interest (VOI) to apply Residual Amplitude Compensation, AGC, Time and Exponential gains starting from a surface. Mask undesirable amplitudes to exclude from analysis for a more balanced image.

Overview
SeisKit includes spectral analysis tools (amplitude, FX-spectrum, estimation of signal to noise, autocorrelation), filtering (single and multiple bandpass, time variant and Inverse Q), bandwidth enhancement (spectral scaling, and tilt, and bandwidth extension), and amplitude gain (residual amplitude analysis compensation, AGC, and time function gains).
Specifications
Design 2D area of interest (AOI) and 3D volume of interest (VOI) for using in analysis.
Ability to easily estimate and visualize dip of seismic events.
Spectral analysis in frequency and space domain on seismic volumes and intersection optionally constrained within VOI or AOI.
Compute S/N estimation and Auto-correlation.
Single, time variant, or multiple band pass filter.
Phase and/or amplitude inverse Q filtering.
Bandwidth extension, a spectral shaping method that flattens the average spectrum in a time variant manner.
Various gains, including AGC, time function, exponential gain as well as residual amplitude compensation (RAAC) on seismic volume optionally constrained within VOI.
Features
SeisKit allows Geoscientist to effectivity validate the integrity of the seismic spectrum and bandwidth and to perform scenario testing of bandwidth and amplitude compensation enhancements. SeisKit tools work seamlessly together, fully integrated with other Petrel functionality in 3D space, optionally limited in an area or volume of interest (AOI and VOI).
